Of all the things that have to be done in prep for the launch of the East Campus, nothing is more important in my mind than praying. In order to kick this campus off right, we have been forming The 300 prayer team. You can read about this team by clicking here.

We’re at 248, which is really encouraging, but I had honestly hoped for more by now. We need to readdress this with our congregation; get it back out in front of them, and challenge them to pray weekly for our East campus launch. Maybe we should pray about expanding the 300 and launch teams?
Actually what I would love to see and really encourage people to do is “reproduce” themselves by inviting one other person to join The 300 prayer team. It is much more effective than the “broadcast” appeal because it is personal. Imagine if only 26 people asked one other person who they KNOW would pray. We would have our team fully formed. Maybe that will be my challenge and as you suggest key prayer for this week. thanks.
